The best mortgage brokers in Singapore compare home loan packages across many banks for free, then help you apply. Six brokers below showed recent, dated activity on their own sites as of 8 October 2026: DollarBack Mortgage, FinanceGuru, MortgageWise, Mortgage Consultancy, Mortgage Master and Redbrick Mortgage Advisory.
What’s changed in 2026
- We removed four brokers we could not confirm as active: Best Mortgage, Dream Home Loan, Mortgage Genie and Unbiasedsg. Their sites show no dated activity within the last 12 months.
- MortgageWise now lists +65 6539 9881 and Redbrick lists (65) 8898 6868. Both differ from our old listings.
- Mortgage Master, MortgageWise and Mortgage Consultancy show 2026 rate updates on their sites. Rates move often, so ask each broker for a same-day quote.

A mortgage broker compares loan packages from several banks and handles the application paperwork. Most Singapore brokers say they are paid by the banks, so you pay no fee. Confirm this before you sign.
