The best luxury furniture stores in Singapore depend on what you want to buy. For top Italian brands such as B&B Italia, Poliform and Maxalto, go to Space on Bencoolen Street. For Ceccotti, Poltrona Frau and Paola Lenti, go to Proof Living at ION Orchard. For Cassina and Fritz Hansen, visit W. Atelier on Henderson Road. Flexform now has its own Singapore centre run by Rosso Italia Living. If you want made-to-order pieces at lower prices, Casa Concetto, Castilla and Black & Walnut publish their prices online. Sofas there start from about S$450 to S$1,800, against S$17,000 to S$29,000 for a B&B Italia sofa. We checked all 12 stores below in October 2026.

What’s changed in 2026

  • Castilla has moved to a new showroom at 5 Little Road, near Tai Seng MRT. Its old phone number no longer appears on its site.
  • Grafunkt has left Funan and now trades from 292 Joo Chiat Road.
  • Flexform opened a Singapore Experience Centre on 26 June 2026, run by its distributor Rosso Italia Living.
  • W. Atelier expanded its showroom at 211 Henderson Road in late 2025 and added Ditre Italia.
  • Colzani has moved out of its Genting Road showroom and now meets clients by appointment.
  • Marina Square will close on 31 March 2027 for redevelopment. XTRA’s showroom there will have to move.
  • The PSG, EDG and MRA grants closed on 29 September 2026. The new EDGE Grant is for business projects, so don’t expect any grant to pay for home furniture.

How much does luxury furniture cost in Singapore (2026)?

Luxury furniture prices in Singapore fall into three rough tiers. Locally designed own-brand pieces cost the least. Imported design brands sit in the middle. Made-to-order Italian brands cost the most. The figures below are prices published on Singapore retailers’ websites in October 2026. They are list or sale prices, not quotes, and change often.

Sofas

  • Own-brand and house-brand sofas: from S$450 for a Black & Walnut HALUS modular sofa and from S$1,076 for a Casa Concetto Nexus. Casa Concetto’s Novara starts at S$2,988. Castilla’s LUX 3-seater in fabric was S$3,190.
  • Imported design-brand sofas: a Kartell Bubble Club 2-seater is S$2,130 at Space. A Ligne Roset Togo loveseat starts at S$3,254 and a Pumpkin sofa is S$4,633 at EuroHomeDirect.
  • Top Italian sofas: B&B Italia’s Husk sofa is S$17,065 at Space. Maxalto’s Febo is S$22,730 and Apollo is S$25,160. A B&B Italia Ray with chaise is S$29,365.

Dining tables

  • Under S$3,500: Casa Concetto’s Candida table starts at S$522. A Normann Copenhagen Vig table (90 x 200 cm) is S$2,130 at EuroHomeDirect. A Kartell Four table is S$3,100 at Space.
  • S$5,000 to S$12,000: an SP01 Smith 280 table is S$5,211 at Space. Black & Walnut’s Dorchester starts at S$6,399. Casa Concetto’s Amazon Blue stone table starts at S$10,508. Castilla’s 2.2 m PRESTIGE marble table was S$11,890 on sale, down from S$19,780.
  • Top Italian: a B&B Italia Seven table in smoked oak is S$16,845 at Space.

Beds (180 x 200 cm)

  • A Living Divani Chemise bed is S$7,120 at Space.
  • Poliform’s Chloe bed with storage is S$12,120 and the Yume is S$12,185.
  • B&B Italia’s Bamboletto is S$14,575 and the leather Alys 10 is S$19,610.

Armchairs

  • A B&B Italia Up Junior armchair is S$2,880 and a Husk swivel armchair is S$3,903 at Space.
  • A leather ClassiCon Bibendum armchair is S$14,025 at Space.

Accessories and soft furnishings

  • A HAY Shadow vase is S$167 at Grafunkt. A Poltrona Frau Water Illusion vase is S$481.60 at Proof Living.
  • Ceccotti’s Alberi di Toscana tray-lamp was S$2,761.34 on sale at Proof, down from S$3,451.68.

Lead times

Stock items can arrive within days. Made-to-order Italian furniture takes longer. Colzani quotes about 16 weeks, covering production in Italy, checks, shipping and local delivery. Nicoline quotes 10 to 14 weeks on average. Order a sofa for a new home at least four months before key collection.

What pushes the price up

  • Leather grade and fabric category. The same sofa frame can differ by thousands of dollars.
  • Size and modules. Each extra seat, chaise or corner piece is priced separately.
  • Stone tops. Marble and sintered stone cost more and need careful delivery.
  • Brand. A famous Italian name costs far more than a house brand with similar materials.

Most showrooms quote prices with GST. Black & Walnut says it absorbs GST. Ask each store whether delivery, installation and disposal of old furniture are included.

How we chose

We did not buy or test furniture from these stores. We did not visit showrooms for this update. Instead, we checked public evidence in October 2026, using these criteria:

  • Still trading in Singapore: each store needed dated evidence from the past 12 months. This included new products on its site, a dated sale, a press article or a showroom opening.
  • A real luxury or designer offer: the store sells recognised design brands or its own made-to-order range in quality materials.
  • Somewhere to see the pieces: we favoured stores with a showroom. We flag the ones that are online only or by appointment.
  • Price transparency: we note who publishes prices and who does not.
  • Current contact details: we took addresses and phone numbers from each store’s own site where possible.

We kept existing listings in their original order. New stores are added after them. The order is not a ranking. We left out Marquis QSquare and Roche Bobois for now. Both still show Singapore showrooms online, but we could not find dated evidence from the past 12 months.

We did not see a Google rating we could confirm for any store, so we do not quote ratings. Where we found reviews or press coverage, we say so and link to it.

exclusive Singapore distributor for Koinor and Stone International

Castilla luxury furniture showroom

Castilla began in 1989 by importing furniture from Italy. From 2002 it started designing its own range through partner factories. Today it sells its own Castilla range alongside Koinor sofas from Germany and Stone International tables from Italy. It moved to a new Little Road showroom in mid-2026. It held sales in July and September 2026 advertising up to 80% off.

What reviewers say: we found no recent complaints and no Google rating we could confirm. The main public discussion is an old 2011 RenoTalk thread, where buyers debated the leather grade at that price. Ask for the leather type in writing before you pay.

Pros

  • ✓ Over 35 years in the Singapore market.
  • ✓ Exclusive access to Koinor and Stone International.
  • ✓ Frequent sales bring prices well below list.

Cons

  • ✕ Heavy discounting makes the “was” price hard to judge.
  • ✕ Industrial-building showroom, so it is less central than Orchard stores.

Which luxury furniture store should you choose?

  • You want a top Italian sofa and need to see the price first: start at Space. It publishes prices for B&B Italia, Maxalto and Poliform.
  • You want Ceccotti or Poltrona Frau: go to Proof Living at ION Orchard.
  • You want Cassina, Fritz Hansen or Vitra: visit W. Atelier on Henderson Road.
  • You want a Flexform sofa: book a viewing with Rosso Italia Living.
  • You want a fashion-house look: visit FENDI Casa at The Rise @ Oxley.
  • You want Japanese or Scandinavian design, or a Togo: go to Grafunkt in Joo Chiat.
  • You are furnishing a balcony, terrace or pool deck: XTRA carries Dedon, Gloster, Kettal and Tribu.
  • You want lesser-known Italian brands with personal service: contact Colzani.
  • Your budget is under S$5,000 for a sofa: compare Casa Concetto, Castilla and Black & Walnut.
  • You need a custom size: Casa Concetto builds sofas to your measurements.
  • You know exactly what you want and are happy to buy online: check EuroHomeDirect, but allow for delivery delays.

For a whole home, many buyers mix tiers. A typical approach is one statement Italian sofa, then own-brand dining and bedroom pieces. This keeps the budget in check without making the room look cheap.

Red flags to watch for

  • “Original” designer pieces at a fraction of the usual price. A famous design far below the authorised dealer’s price is likely a replica. Ask for the maker’s certificate.
  • A seller who is not the authorised dealer. Check the brand’s own website for its Singapore stockist. Warranty claims usually go through the official dealer.
  • Vague leather descriptions. “Genuine leather” can mean split or bonded leather. Ask for the grade in writing.
  • Permanent “up to 80% off” sales. If a store is always on sale, judge the price you pay, not the “was” price.
  • Large deposits with no delivery date. For made-to-order pieces, get the expected delivery window and cancellation terms on the invoice.
  • No physical address. Some sellers are online only. That is fine if you know the piece, but riskier for a first sofa purchase.
  • Delivery not checked against your lift. Measure your lift, doors and corridor before ordering a large sofa or stone table.
  • A showroom in a mall that is closing. Marina Square shuts on 31 March 2027. If you order from a store there, confirm where after-sales service will be.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which luxury furniture brands can you buy in Singapore?

Most major Italian and European brands have a Singapore dealer. Space sells B&B Italia, Maxalto, Poliform and Baxter. Proof Living sells Ceccotti, Poltrona Frau and Paola Lenti. W. Atelier sells Cassina, Lema and Fritz Hansen. Grafunkt sells Ligne Roset. FENDI Casa and Flexform each have their own showroom.

Where can I buy Italian sofas in Singapore?

For Italian sofa brands, try Space (B&B Italia, Maxalto, Arflex), W. Atelier (Cassina, Ditre Italia), Rosso Italia Living (Flexform) and Proof Living (Poltrona Frau, Tacchini). Colzani carries Nicoline Italia and Potocco. For lower prices, Casa Concetto makes sofas using Italian materials.

Where can I buy Ceccotti furniture in Singapore?

Proof Living at ION Orchard says it is an authorised Ceccotti Collezioni dealer. Most Ceccotti furniture is price on request, so contact the store for a quote.

Is Castilla a good furniture store? What do reviews say?

Castilla has traded in Singapore since 1989. It is the exclusive distributor for Koinor and Stone International. We found no recent public complaints, but also no Google rating we could confirm. It runs frequent large sales. Ask for the leather grade and delivery date in writing.

What is the difference between designer and luxury furniture?

Designer furniture is credited to a named designer, such as a Togo by Michel Ducaroy. Luxury furniture is defined more by materials, finish and price. Many pieces are both. Some own-brand stores offer luxury materials without a famous designer’s name.

How much does a luxury sofa cost in Singapore?

Own-brand sofas start from about S$450 to S$3,000. Imported design-brand sofas run from about S$2,000 to S$5,000. Top Italian sofas from B&B Italia or Maxalto cost about S$17,000 to S$29,000 at Space.

How long does imported Italian furniture take to arrive?

Made-to-order Italian pieces usually take 10 to 16 weeks. Colzani quotes about 16 weeks and Nicoline 10 to 14 weeks. Stock items can arrive within days. Always get the expected delivery window on your invoice.

Is it cheaper to buy European furniture online?

Sometimes. EuroHomeDirect lists SGD prices for brands such as Ligne Roset and Normann Copenhagen. But you cannot see the piece first, and some buyers report delays. A local authorised dealer usually handles warranty claims more easily.

Where can I buy luxury soft furnishings?

FENDI Casa sells cushions, throws and home accessories. Proof Living and Grafunkt sell accessories and lighting from brands such as Poltrona Frau and HAY. Ask about fabric care, as some covers are dry clean only.

How do you spot fake designer furniture?

Look for the maker’s label, serial number or certificate. Buy from the dealer listed on the brand’s own website. Check the finish, stitching and materials closely. A price far below the authorised dealer’s price is a warning sign.

Can I use a government grant for luxury furniture?

No grant covers home furniture. The PSG, EDG and MRA grants closed on 29 September 2026. The new EDGE Grant supports business projects for SMEs. Even for offices, check eligibility with Enterprise Singapore before you buy.
