How to choose a vet clinic in Singapore
Start with distance and opening hours. A clinic near home that opens late or on weekends is easier to reach when your pet falls ill.
Next, save the number of a 24-hour hospital. Most neighbourhood clinics close by evening and some close on public holidays.
Check that the clinic is on the AVS list of licensed vet centres. AVS publishes the list on its website and updates it a few times a year.
Finally, book a routine visit first, such as a vaccination. You will see how the team handles your pet and explains costs.
