Small businesses on a tight budget can start with MediaOne, whose SEO packages begin at S$850 a month.
We checked all 20 agencies below on 7 Oct 2026. Each one has a Singapore office and signs of activity in the last 12 months.
What’s changed in 2026:
- PSG, EDG and MRA grants closed on 29 Sep 2026. The new EDGE Grant replaced them on 30 Sep 2026. Marketing retainers are not named as eligible (Enterprise Singapore).
- Brew Interactive was bought by French marketing group Cosmo5 on 29 Sep 2026. The brand and management stay (Marketing-Interactive).
- Most agencies now sell “GEO” or AI search optimisation alongside SEO. This aims to get your brand cited in tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers.
- AKIN by Techlyon was named Overall Local Hero of the Year at the Agency of the Year Awards Singapore 2026.
- We removed seven agencies from this list. Some had closed, one had shifted to UX and Zoho consulting, and three had no confirmed Singapore operation.

Prices are the lowest figures published on each agency’s own site as of Oct 2026. Ad spend is always extra.
How much does a marketing agency cost in Singapore (2026)?
Most Singapore agencies quote after a call. Some now publish price ranges. These figures come from agencies’ own pricing pages and 2026 Singapore guides.
| Job type | Typical 2026 range | Source |
|---|---|---|
| SEO retainer (SME) | S$500–3,500 per month | Heroes of Digital, Hashmeta |
| SEO retainer (competitive or enterprise) | S$3,500–8,000+ per month | Heroes of Digital, Hashmeta |
| Google Ads management | S$250–1,429 per month flat, or 10–20% of ad spend | D’Marketing Agency |
| Google Ads setup and management (agency starting fee) | S$800–1,200 per month | 2Stallions |
| Social media ads management | S$800–1,500 per month | Impossible Marketing |
| Organic social media management | S$1,500–5,000 per month | Best SEO |
| Blog article (1,000–1,500 words) | S$150–1,200 each | MarketingAgency.sg |
| Monthly content package (4–8 posts) | S$800–8,000 per month | MarketingAgency.sg |
| Small business website | S$3,000–8,000 one-off | Mapletree Media |
| E-commerce website | S$5,000–15,000+ one-off | Mapletree Media |
| Brand identity (mid-tier agency) | S$15,000–40,000 one-off | Creativeans |
| Full-service retainer | S$4,000–15,000+ per month | Hashmeta |
A few points help when comparing quotes:
- Ad spend is separate from the management fee. A S$1,000 fee on a S$2,000 budget means a third of your money pays the agency.
- Many SEO packages have a six-month minimum. Hashmeta is one of the few that publishes month-to-month terms.
- Agency hourly rates run S$100–250 an hour. Freelancers charge S$40–120 an hour (MarketingAgency.sg).
- Many agency pages still advertise “50% PSG funding”. PSG closed on 29 Sep 2026. Under the new EDGE Grant, SMEs can get up to 50% support for eligible projects, capped at S$100,000 a year. Enterprise Singapore has not named marketing retainers as eligible, so do not budget on a grant.
How we chose
This is desk research, done on 7 Oct 2026. We did not hire these agencies or run test campaigns.
- Still operating in Singapore. Each agency needed a Singapore address and a dated sign of activity in the last 12 months. That could be a blog post, news story, award or company filing.
- Still selling marketing. We dropped firms that had pivoted to other work.
- Checkable facts. We favoured agencies that publish prices, name clients and show partner badges.
- Independent signals. We looked for Clutch reviews, industry awards and trade press. We only quote ratings we saw on the page.
The list keeps our earlier order, with five new agencies added at the end. The order is not a ranking. Use the comparison table and the “Which one to choose” section to match an agency to your needs.

Which marketing agency should you choose?
- Small budget, need prices upfront: MediaOne, Heroes of Digital or Impossible Marketing. All three publish starting prices.
- Google Ads and SEO at scale: First Page Digital or OOm. Both are Google Premier Partners.
- B2B leads and CRM: Brew Interactive, ClickTrue or AKIN by Techlyon.
- Universities and schools: ClickTrue.
- Social media campaigns: GOODSTUPH for brand campaigns. Hashmeta for influencer and Xiaohongshu work.
- Branding plus social for consumer brands: Creative For More.
- SEO only, paid on results: Mamba.
- Healthcare and clinics: Activa Media or Heroes of Digital.
- Listed or global B2B firms needing PR: Aspectus.
- Marketing systems for large firms: Clickr Media.
- New website or app plus SEO: 24K Designs, Orfeostory or Disruptive Digital.
- Regional campaigns in Singapore and Malaysia: 2Stallions.
- Small finance or property firms: Katartizo.
Shortlist two or three agencies. Give each the same brief and budget. Compare what each will deliver in the first 90 days, not just the monthly fee.
Red flags to watch for
- Guaranteed #1 rankings. No agency controls Google. Guarantees often mean vague keywords or risky tactics.
- Grant promises. PSG closed on 29 Sep 2026. Be wary of quotes that still subtract “50% PSG”. Marketing is not confirmed as eligible under EDGE.
- The agency owns your accounts. Your Google Ads, Analytics, Meta and domain accounts should be in your company’s name.
- Long lock-ins with no exit. Six-month SEO minimums are common. Twelve months with no exit clause is a warning sign.
- Vanity reporting. Reports full of impressions and followers but no leads, sales or cost per lead.
- A Singapore address but no Singapore team. Some firms use a virtual office here. Ask who will run your account and where they sit.
- Bought or fake reviews. A sudden burst of five-star reviews with no detail is a warning sign. Ask for two client references you can call.
- Hidden ad spend mark-ups. Ask whether the agency pays the ad platform directly and adds a margin.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best marketing agency in Singapore?
There is no single best agency. For search, First Page Digital and OOm are Google Premier Partners. For B2B leads, Brew Interactive and ClickTrue are strong. For social media, GOODSTUPH won overall at the MARKies 2025.
What are the top digital marketing agencies in Singapore?
Agencies with strong 2025–2026 signals include First Page Digital, OOm, Brew Interactive, MediaOne, Heroes of Digital and AKIN by Techlyon. Each has recent awards, top-tier partner status or published prices. See the comparison table above.
How much does a marketing agency cost in Singapore?
SEO retainers run from about S$500 to S$8,000+ a month. Google Ads management usually costs S$250–1,500 a month or 10–20% of ad spend. Full-service retainers run S$4,000–15,000+ a month.
Which is the best social media agency in Singapore?
GOODSTUPH is a homegrown social media specialist and the overall MARKies 2025 winner. Hashmeta suits influencer and Xiaohongshu campaigns. Creative For More combines social with branding.
What is the difference between a marketing agency and an advertising agency?
A marketing agency plans and runs your overall marketing, often including SEO, social and content. An advertising agency mainly creates ad campaigns. Media agencies plan and buy ad space across TV, outdoor and digital channels.
What are the top media and advertising agencies in Singapore?
Large network agencies lead here. TBWASingapore was Overall Agency of the Year at the Agency of the Year Awards Singapore 2026. These networks usually serve large brands. SMEs are often better served by the agencies in our list.
Can I use a government grant to pay a marketing agency in 2026?
Not reliably. PSG, EDG and MRA closed on 29 Sep 2026. The EDGE Grant offers SMEs up to 50% support, capped at S$100,000 a year. Marketing retainers are not named as eligible, so check with Enterprise Singapore first.
How do I choose a marketing company in Singapore?
Start with your goal, such as leads, sales or brand awareness. Shortlist agencies with relevant case studies. Ask for named references, a 90-day plan and a clear fee breakdown.
How do I know if my marketing agency is working?
Track leads, sales and cost per lead each month. Rankings and traffic matter only if they bring enquiries. A good agency reports these numbers without being asked.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Most Singapore agencies ask for at least six months. That is how long new content and links usually take to affect rankings. Paid ads can bring leads within weeks.
