The best video production company in Singapore depends on the job. For corporate profiles with clear published prices, start with fewStones (from S$2,500) or Vicinity Studio (from S$4,900 before GST). For cinematic commercials and brand films, look at Epitome Collective, Parallax Collective or onedash22. For social-first content, RECKN and Aww Media are strong picks. For events and livestreams, Vivid Media and Big 3 Media cover both under one roof. For training and compliance videos, Offing Media is the specialist. We re-checked every company below on 6 October 2026.
What’s changed in 2026:
- Enterprise Singapore closed the EDG, MRA and PSG grants on 29 September 2026. The new EDGE Grant replaced them from 30 September. Older guides that promise “MRA covers your video” are now out of date.
- Three companies from our previous list are gone or have changed business. MotionSauce now redirects to HighSpark, Freeflow’s website is suspended, and Vouch Solutions has moved away from video production.
- More studios now publish prices. fewStones, Vicinity Studio and several livestream providers list starting figures on their own sites.
- Short vertical video for TikTok, Reels and Shorts is now a standard line item. Many studios quote it as a monthly batch, not a one-off shoot.
- Studios increasingly mix a short live-action shoot with AI-assisted editing or animation. Ask how they use AI and who owns the output.

How much does video production cost in Singapore (2026)?
Most Singapore studios do not publish prices. The ranges below come from studios that do, and from 2026 cost guides written by local producers. Treat them as a starting point for budgeting, not a quote. Unless stated, figures exclude 9% GST.
| Project type | Typical range | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Interview or event-style corporate video | From S$2,500 | fewStones published price |
| Corporate video, 1-day shoot (concept, script, shoot, edit) | From S$4,900 before GST | Vicinity Studio published price |
| Corporate video, 2-day shoot | From S$7,900 before GST | Vicinity Studio published price |
| Multi-day live-action shoot | S$6,000 to S$20,000 | fewStones published price |
| Simple corporate video | S$5,000 to S$15,000 | Emergent Films cost guide, July 2026 |
| Testimonial video | S$6,000 to S$18,000 | Emergent Films cost guide |
| Brand film | S$15,000 to S$50,000 | Emergent Films cost guide |
| TV commercial (TVC) | S$50,000 to S$250,000+ | Emergent Films cost guide |
| 2D animated explainer, 60–90 seconds | S$8,000 to S$18,000 | Genesis Motion Design published rates, June 2026 |
| Animated social clip, 15–30 seconds | S$3,000 to S$8,000 | Genesis Motion Design published rates |
| Event coverage, solo shooter, half day | S$800 to S$1,500 | PaperCut Collective guide, July 2026 |
| Event coverage, two-camera crew, full day | S$3,000 to S$6,800 | PaperCut Collective guide |
| Event coverage, three or more cameras | S$7,000 to S$15,000 | PaperCut Collective guide |
| Same-day edit (event add-on) | S$2,000 to S$4,000 | PaperCut Collective guide |
| Livestream, 1 camera, 4 hours | From S$2,300 | Alta Productions published price |
| Livestream, 2 cameras, 4 hours | From S$3,350 | Alta Productions published price |
| Livestream from a studio, 4-hour weekday block | S$1,000 to S$1,800 | Zing Media published price |
| Short-form creator video, per clip | About S$800 (newer creator) to S$2,500 (proven creator), plus usage rights | The Creator List guide, June 2026 |
What pushes the price up:
- Shoot days. Each extra day adds crew, gear and location costs. Combining scenes into one day saves the most money.
- Talent and locations. Paid actors, permits and venue hire are often quoted separately.
- Animation length. Animation is priced by the finished second. A 90-second explainer costs far more than a 30-second one.
- Usage rights. Broadcast, paid ads and long licence periods cost more than organic social use.
- Revisions. Vicinity Studio, for example, charges S$450 for each extra revision after the agreed timeline. Ask every studio for its revision policy.
- Weekend and evening work. Livestream providers such as Alta Productions and Zing Media add a weekend surcharge.
Can a grant pay for it? Not reliably. EDG, MRA and PSG stopped taking new applications on 29 September 2026. The EDGE Grant replaced them on 30 September. Enterprise Singapore’s FAQ says EDGE gives up to 50% general support for SMEs, capped at S$100,000 per company each year. Its pages do not say that video production qualifies. Check with Enterprise Singapore before you count on any subsidy.
How we chose
We did not hire these studios or test their services. We reviewed public evidence on 6 October 2026 and kept companies that met most of these criteria:
- Confirmed operating. A working website, a reachable Singapore contact and recent work on show. Companies that failed this check were removed.
- Portfolio. Named clients and viewable projects on their own site.
- Years operating. We noted founding years from company sites or business registries.
- Published pricing. Studios that publish starting prices score higher for transparency. We say “quote-based” where no price is published.
- Independent reviews. We looked at Clutch, Google, ThreeBestRated, Facebook and Reddit. We only report ratings we actually saw. Ratings a company shows on its own site are labelled as self-reported.
Some listings on SingaReviews are paid placements. Payment affects where a company appears in the list. It does not change the facts we report, and we do not publish ratings or reviews we could not see.

Which company should you choose?
- You need a corporate profile video with a fixed budget: Vicinity Studio or fewStones. Both publish prices.
- You need many corporate videos a year: Big 3 Media or fewStones.
- You need a TV commercial or a big brand film: onedash22, Epitome Collective or Blackbird Productions.
- You are a hotel, luxury or lifestyle brand: Parallax Collective.
- You need social media videos every month: RECKN or Aww Media. Ask for a monthly batch quote.
- You are filming an event or conference: Vivid Media for video, photo and livestream together. Big 3 Media and fewStones also stream.
- You need a livestream or webcast: onedash22 (studio-based), Vivid Media or fewStones.
- You need an animated explainer: fewStones, Epitome Collective or Intuitive Films.
- You need training, safety or compliance videos: Offing Media.
- You need an employer-brand or leadership video: Intuitive Films.
Red flags to watch for
- No portfolio of finished, client-named work. A showreel of stock-style clips is not enough. Ask for three full videos similar to yours.
- A quote with no breakdown. You should see shoot days, crew, editing, music licensing and revisions as separate lines.
- Unlimited revisions with no timeline. It sounds generous, but it often means slow delivery. A clear revision policy is better.
- Vague footage ownership. Get it in writing who owns the final video and the raw footage, and where you may use them.
- Unlicensed music. Ask which music library they use. Unlicensed tracks can get your ads or posts taken down.
- Grant promises. PSG, EDG and MRA closed on 29 September 2026. Be wary of any studio still selling “pre-approved” subsidised packages without showing current paperwork.
- A dead website or phone line. Several studios on older lists have quietly closed. Check the company is still trading before you pay a deposit.
- Large upfront payments. A deposit of 30% to 50% is common. Paying everything before the shoot is a risk.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does corporate video production cost in Singapore?
A simple corporate video usually costs S$2,500 to S$15,000. fewStones starts from S$2,500 for an interview-style video. Vicinity Studio starts from S$4,900 before GST for a one-day shoot. Multi-day shoots, actors and animation push the cost higher. Brand films often run S$15,000 to S$50,000.
What does a video production house do?
A video production house handles the whole process. That covers planning and scripting, the shoot itself, and editing, colour, sound and graphics. Many also offer animation, livestreaming and photography. You supply the brief and approvals; they deliver the finished files.
How much does event video production cost in Singapore?
A solo shooter for a half day typically costs S$800 to S$1,500. A two-camera crew for a full day costs about S$3,000 to S$6,800. Three or more cameras can reach S$7,000 to S$15,000. A same-day highlight edit adds about S$2,000 to S$4,000.
How much does livestream video production cost?
Published Singapore prices start around S$1,000 to S$1,800 for a four-hour studio stream on a weekday. On-site streams start from about S$2,300 with one camera and S$3,350 with two cameras. Weekend and evening slots cost more.
How much does an animated video cost in Singapore?
A 60 to 90-second 2D explainer usually costs S$8,000 to S$18,000. A 15 to 30-second animated social clip costs about S$3,000 to S$8,000. 3D and character animation cost more.
How much does a TV commercial cost to produce in Singapore?
A TV commercial typically starts around S$50,000 and can exceed S$250,000. Talent, locations, usage rights and post-production drive most of the cost. Media buying is separate.
How do I choose a social media video production company?
Look for a studio that already makes vertical, short-form content for brands like yours. Ask for a monthly batch price, not a one-off quote. Check how fast they turn edits around. RECKN and Aww Media both pitch social-first work.
How long does video production take?
A typical corporate video takes four to eight weeks from brief to final delivery. Event highlight reels can be faster, and same-day edits are possible for an extra fee. Animation and TV commercials usually take longer.
Who owns the video after it is made?
Do not assume you do. Under Singapore’s Copyright Act 2021, the creator is generally the default owner of commissioned films unless the contract says otherwise. Ask for ownership or a broad licence to be written into your agreement.
Can I get a government grant for video production?
Not reliably. EDG, MRA and PSG closed to new applications on 29 September 2026. The EDGE Grant replaced them from 30 September. It gives up to 50% general support for SMEs, capped at S$100,000 per company per year. Enterprise Singapore does not say that video production qualifies, so check before you budget on it.
